Pre-Vacuum. We pre-vacuum with our wand to help pick up
any lose dry soil from your area rugs.
Pre-spray. Next, we pre-spray with the Best Carpet Cleaner to treat those tough spots to help loosen them up. If your area rug is wool, we apply an odorless brownout to
lower the PH of our solution to properly clean wool.

Rinse and Extract. We then rinse your entire piece with our cleaning detergent solution. We properly extract all those soils from your area rugs and leave no residue.
Re-Apply Odorless Brownout. We then re-apply odorless brownout at no extra charge. This softens the wool fibers.
Groom. We then groom your Area Rugs to spread any PROTECTOR and/or
DEODORIZER if you have them applied.
